"Refund showed up quicker than I thought"
I was expecting to wait a while, but the refund came back fast. Kind of surprised me because usually these things take... yeah, it was quicker than expected.

"Not thrilled with the ingredients"
I ordered from ultraessence.com because I was hoping the ingredients would be a step up from the usual stuff. When it showed up, I checked the label like I always do, it looked basic to me. I noticed a few fillers and ingredients I usually try to stay away from.
For what I paid, I was expecting something that felt a bit cleaner and more premium. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t match what I had in mind, so I probably won’t be ordering again.

I ordered from Ultra Essence the delivery was just not reliable. It kept showing one date, then another, actually, it changed so many times I had no idea when it was coming. My package ended up arriving much later than expected, and I had to keep chasing for updates too. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive on time.

"I wanted to like this serum..."
I wanted to like this serum, but after using it for about a week, my cheeks started getting red and itchy. To be fair, shipping was totally fine and nothing seemed wrong with the product itself. I just feel like it’s only honest to say that if you have sensitive skin, you may want to be careful with this one. It might work well for others, but it didn’t work out for me.

"So close to the real thing, it’s almost suspicious"
The scent is shockingly close to the original. I had a whole little moment when I first sprayed it because it really does smell that good. My only heartbreak is that it fades a bit faster than I wanted, so I wish it had a little more staying power.

"Slow international shipping messed up my plans"
The international shipping took way longer than I expected, and it threw off my plans. I was counting on it arriving in time, but by the time it finally showed up, it was too late for what I needed it for. Frustrating experience.

I bought this from ultraessence.com the price felt fair for what I got. Nice. The quality was better than I expected, and everything arrived just fine. Not perfect maybe, but overall I’m happy with the value and would buy again.

They did have a few samples available, but not as many as I was expecting. The site was easy enough to use, I just wish there had been more options to choose from.

"Really close to my usual scent"
I tried this as a dupe for the fragrance I normally wear, and it’s close. It’s not exactly identical, and I do notice it gets a little lighter after a few hours, but that doesn’t really bother me much for the price. Overall I’m happy with it, and shipping was standard too...

I found the site straightforward overall and didn’t have much trouble finding what I needed. It did feel a bit slow at times, at least from my experience, but nothing that made me want to give up on using it

"Liked it, but my skin got a bit irritated"
I actually liked this overall, but I did end up with a mild rash and some itchiness after using it. To be fair, my skin is sensitive and I probably should’ve patch-tested it first, so that’s partly on me. Still, I liked it enough that I’m not totally writing it off.

I’ve tried a few of the oils, the scents are really good — which is always a pleasant surprise these days. They’re not too sharp or headache-y, they last a decent amount of time, and they smell close to what I expected. So, overall, no complaints for once.

"Return was easy, but I was a little frustrated by the wait"
I ended up having to return one item from ultraessence.com because it just wasn’t what I expected, which was a bit disappointing. The return process itself was simple, though, and customer service got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. My refund did come through eventually, but I was kind of anxious waiting because it took a few days longer than I hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just really wish the refund part had been a little quicker.

"Nice little discount that actually worked!!"
I found a promo code on Ultra Essence and wasn’t sure if it would work, but it did at checkout!! The prices ended up being better than I expected, and the extra discount made it feel totally worth it. Super easy to use, no hassle, just a nice bit of savings.

I’ve been subscribed for a couple months now and it’s been fine, like no problems really. The orders come when they’re supposed to, and when I had to pause it, it was easy enough to do. So yeah, I’m happy with it so far

"Arrived Safe and Packed Well"
My order from ultraessence.com showed up in really good shape overall, and I was happy to see everything inside was just fine. The box was sealed nicely, and the products were packed securely, which is definitely what matters most to me.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that the outside of the box had a small dent on one corner. It wasn’t a big deal at all, and nothing was damaged, but I did notice it. Overall though, a solid experience and I’m glad everything arrived safe!

"Took a little while to hear back"
The service was okay overall. It did take a bit longer than I expected to get a reply, but once they responded, things were fine. Personally, I’d say it was decent, just not anything that really stood out.
